Tea is what Turkish people drink all the time. Coffee as we know it (as in "not Turkish coffee") is a late addition to the modern scene. This is the only coffee roaster I have seen. I saw an employee of a coffeeshop that's just around the corner buying pre-ground coffee at the supermarket.
