Our first place in Seoul. Monica
booked it through AirBnb. Cheap, clean, and with a decor
that would frighten even the strongest of men. The best
decor feature: these knockoff Barbie curtains. They hide a
window, so when the sun came up, our room glowed Barbie pink.
A convenience store clerk directed me to the right store to find
plug adapters for 50 cents apiece. Nothing anywhere costs
50 cents. Yes, there's sometimes sparks when we plug things in,
but life needs fireworks.
