This was at a little fair in the square near
the train station. There was music, food booths, and
little things for sale. The woman to my left is
demonstrating how to use these little bamboo tubes to shoot a
big stream of water out into the middle of the square.
Very fun to try to squirt someone who didn't expect
it.
