October 2014: Good-bye Korea, Hello Japan

To my surprise, this is not Fukuoka Tower.  This is the Fukuoka Harbor Tower.  There is, of course, a Fukuoka Tower but it's a much grander structure.  Riding to the top of the Harbor Tower is free, and it would be a good way to get oriented a bit.
