Meal choices on the airplane: Korean
bibimbop and kimchee or roast chicken and gravy. We went
with bibimbop and kimchee. The bibimbop came with
instructions (just to the right of the plate.)
I wanted to eat Korean but mainly I wanted to see whether
kimchee could be served in a closed airplane cabin without
killing somebody.
